Leah (19), an aspiring young painter, is broken. Since the tragic accident that took both her parents away, she has become a shadow of who she used to be. When Oliver (30), Leah's older brother, is offered a job away from home to support Leah through College, he asks his best friend Axel (30) to take care of her. Unaware that Leah has always been in love with him and that both their lives are about to change dramatically, Axel promises to look after her. He makes it his mission to help Leah pick up the pieces and become the colourful girl she once was. Dodó returns to Bilbao carrying Álex’s "secret suitcase," an archive packed with props, scripts, and memories. What starts as a family road movie evolves into a unique auteur documentary: every object pulled from the suitcase unlocks a portal to candid conversations with his co-stars and friends. Blurring the lines between documentary and fantasy, the suitcase becomes an infinite theater where Dodó rediscovers the man behind the icon, finally finding the closure she desperately needs.

Daughters of the Sea

At two ends of the world, communities separated by thousands of kilometers share a common way of living with the sea. From the haenyeo —the legendary women divers of Jeju Island— to professions such as rederas, bateleras or rowers on the Basque coast, the documentary builds a sociocultural bridge between territories that may seem distant, yet are deeply connected through shared values, rhythms of life, and their relationship with the natural environment. Through everyday gestures, personal stories and collective memory, parallels emerge that speak of physical effort, inherited knowledge, and identities shaped in direct contact with the sea. The documentary proposes a dialogue between past and present, between tradition and transformation. In a context of rapid change, where many of these professions face an uncertain generational continuity, the protagonists sustain practices that are not only forms of work, but ways of life closely tied to community and ecological balance. At this cultural crossroads, Daughters of the Sea reveals a living heritage that endures. A legacy that is passed on, adapted, and defended against global homogenization. Beyond borders, the ocean becomes a shared language — a space of memory, identity, and future.

BOGA

The series begins with the five young protagonists celebrating making it to the finals of the most important rowing championship of their lives, when they accidentally run over a girl. Their idyllic summer takes a dark turn the moment they decide to sink the body in the sea and make a pact of silence so that nothing and no one gets in the way of their path to victory. However, when the Ertzaintza starts tracking down the girl's disappearance, the pressure and guilt begin to escalate within the group to unexpected levels.

Gatibu, without saying googbye

After a 25-year career, the rock band Gatibu bids farewell to the stage, having become the soundtrack to an entire generation. The documentary follows the band members on this final tour, capturing significant moments and intimate scenes full of emotion. More than just a chronicle of a tour, the film explores the passage of time, personal and collective transformation, maturity and the importance of knowing how to say goodbye.

Time is more

Why is it so late now, even though yesterday it was so early at this very time? The film deals with the uncontrolled and incorruptible nature of time outside the official concept of time created by the human species. The enigmas of independent time are approached through the joint films and personal works of two European artists – Goya-award winning composer Pascal Gaigne (Basque Country) and film director, author Rax Rinnekangas (Finland) – as well as the world around them.

STORM

Framed within an aesthetic that pays tribute to the tragic and monumental brushstrokes of Basque painter Aurelio Arteta, this animated short film immerses us in a story of unconditional love and heartbreak. Two young lovers meet at the boundaries of a traditional farmhouse (caserío). She steps through the gate in the wall to join him, and together they set off on a resolute march toward the unknown. As a violent gale begins to rage around them, the couple shed their clothes and communicate through bertsolaritza, singing verses that celebrate their triumph over the obstacles the world imposed to keep them apart. However, as the distance grows and the elements become wilder, it becomes clear that the price of their freedom is far darker and more definitive than it seems. A raw and poetic reinterpretation of the myth of Pyramus and Thisbe, where folklore, passion, and fate merge under a stormy sky.

Enjoy your ride

If uncertainty is the main cause of stress and anxiety among young people, CLARA (23) is, at this moment, the most anxious person in the world. After a terrible job interview over a video call, Clara is convinced she won’t get the job… Then, she receives a notification on her phone. A home-delivery app tells her that her order is about to arrive. However, there is a mistake: Clara hasn’t ordered anything. The doorbell rings, and when she opens the door, she finds a mysterious rider’s backpack. She looks out into the hallway, but there is no trace of the delivery rider. Then she receives a new message: “your order has been delivered to your home.” The young woman looks at the mysterious backpack. Inside, she will find a bicycle helmet and a terrifying visit. A visit that neither she nor anyone from her generation… ever wants to receive.
