SINOPSIS

It took 300 oak trees to build the first farmhouses. When the forest ran out, wood gave way to stone, proving that identity transforms in order to endure. In the crypt of Arantzazu, 23 chefs from Mahaia Kolektiboa come together with artists in an immersive experience to address a crucial question: how do we sustain our own identity today? Far from offering closed answers, 300 haritz (300 oaks) reflects on what it means to belong — and to move forward without losing one's origins.
