International multidisciplinary festival developed around surfing: film, photography, sport, lectures, training, trade and live music coexisting in the best locations in Bilbao and with the estuary as the protagonist.

Year after year growing to offer the general population and fans of surfing and sliding sports a unique cultural and sporting offer in the environment, with the possibility of enjoying international films of the highest stature, photographic exhibitions with some of the best images of the world of surfing from all over the world, exhibitions and participatory workshops on environment, adapted sports, inclusivity or empowerment and female protagonism.

The leisure offer is completed with free and participatory workshops and exhibitions of skateboarding in the skate-park installed at the festival, as well as unique water experiences in the same Bilbao's river with jetboards, boards, kayaks ... and the renowned Surf Market, where professionals, companies and artists show and offer their work, products and services in a temporary market protagonist in the outdoor enclosure of the event.

The industry is also protagonist in the LKBSFF with several round tables and networkings of the cultural and audiovisual sector and the surf and skate industry with the presence of agents, professionals, companies and leading institutions of the scene.
