Animadeba has opened the call for short film submissions for its 19th edition, to be held in 2026. Creators who wish to participate may submit their works until April 1.
The international animation festival will take place from September 9 to 12 in Deba, and once again will feature three main competitive sections: Official Section, New Directors EHU, and Panorama.
The call is international and submission will be completely free of charge. Short films with a maximum running time of 20 minutes are eligible for selection. Entries must be submitted through the FilmFreeway platform.
Animadeba aims to promote contemporary animation creation and provide visibility to emerging talent, consolidating its position as an international reference festival.
