“RABIS@” 87 minutes. Spain
Marco wakes up chained to the cross of a lonely grave in the middle of the desert. He remembers nothing and has no idea who could have done such a thing to him, especially when his wedding was supposed to take place that very morning. The phone left for him contains only one number to call, and reception is rare. In his wallet there is only a one-euro coin, the business card of his financial advisor, and a mysterious photograph of Marco with a woman. On the verge of dying from dehydration, Ventura appears in her van. She is a traveling salesperson who follows only two rules in business: she never gives credit and never makes exceptions for anyone. But when Ventura’s mobile phone rings and a voice tells her what lies inside the grave, chaos erupts.
