PRESENTATION OF THE FILM COMPETING IN THE OFFICIAL SECTION OF FANT BILBAO 2026: “BUFFET LIBRE”, BY ZOE BERRIATÚA
The film will be screened today, Sunday, May 10, at 9:30 p.m. at the Azkuna Zentroa Auditorium.
This morning, the film “All You Can Eat”, directed by Zoe Berriatúa and competing in the Official Section of the Bilbao Fantasy Film Festival – FANT, organized by Bilbao City Council, was presented to the media.
At the press conference held at Azkuna Zentroa were Amaia Domingo, Director of FANT; Zoe Berriatúa, director of the film; producer Rosa Vercher; and one of the film’s leading actors, Antonio Dechent, who appears twice at the Bilbao festival with “Quantum Rave”, also featured in the Official Section. This evening, starting at 9:30 p.m., the film will be screened at the Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao auditorium.
Madrid-born Zoe Berriatúa is a film, advertising, and theatre director, as well as a specialist in animation, design, digital special effects, illustration, and writing. He is known for short films such as “Moebio”; “El despropósito” — winner of the Silver Roel at the Medina Film Festival —; “Monstruo”; “Epílogo”; “Quédate conmigo”; “La cosa en la esquina” — nominated at the Edinburgh Festival and the I've Seen Films International Film Festival —; “Lazarillo Z, Matar zombies nunca fue pan comido”; and “El último plano”. He has also directed the feature films “Los héroes del mal” (2015) — nominated for Best Film at the 2015 Málaga Film Festival — and “En las estrellas” (2018). In addition, he runs his own visual effects studio, LA BESTIA VFX, and has worked as an actor in television series and films.
Antonio Dechent has worked extensively in film, theatre, and television. His filmography includes around 140 feature films, nearly 50 short films, and numerous television series across a wide range of genres, including “El Lute”, “Solas”, “Intacto”, “7 vírgenes”, “Smoking Room”, “Alatriste”, “Los Borgia”, “La voz dormida”, “Esperpentos”, “Papeles”, “Parenostre”, and “A puerta fría”. He has worked under the direction of acclaimed filmmakers such as José Luis Garci, Vicente Aranda, Mario Camus, and Chus Gutiérrez. For “Intacto”, he received a nomination at the 2002 Goya Awards and the ASECAN Award for Best Andalusian Actor. For “Smoking Room”, he won the Silver Biznaga at the Málaga Film Festival and another ASECAN Award. For “A puerta fría”, he received the Biznaga Award in Málaga, an award at the Toulouse Film Festival, and the Sant Jordi Award.

Xian and Ikki are an Asian couple running an all-you-can-eat buffet threatened by bankruptcy. Their problems seem to be solved with an improvised plan: kill all their enemies. But… what if they themselves are their own worst enemies?
